  The staff are very good, but the woman who claimed to be the owner is impressively rude. Considering glasses are primarily made by a small group of very large companies, its the customer service that makes one choose a speciality store over Boots opticians or the like. For this reason I've gotten several pairs of glasses from Frost but after being treated badly I'll return to Boots or better yet an internet specs shop.

  Well what can I say. My new glasses arrived on time exactly when they said they would. They are fabulous. I don't know what Mr Frost the owner who tested my eyes has done but these lenses are absolutely amazing. I can see for 500 miles - well almost!. As for the actual frames. Divine.... they have an incredible array to choose from. I picked a lovely pair then after being fitted with them etc, thank you Saika for spending so much time with me, I saw another pair and changed my mind. No problem. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would again like to say a huge thank you to Mr Frost for the time and effort he spent ensuring my lenses were just right and to all the staff for being so helpful. Now I think I may just have to go back for another pair.
